Hi Boomerang Fans!
My name is Meredith Fox and I’ve been working with Workday since before my organization went live in 2017. One of our biggest wins during our implementation was the creation of a boomerang integration that fires during Onboarding, and I’ve been a big fan of boomerangs ever since!
Our original Business Process included To Do steps for the Benefit Partner to calculate and set the Benefit Annual Rates and several Other IDs that drive benefit eligibility. With the Boomerang Integration, these values are all calculated & set automatically, reducing the time spent by our benefit partners AND the chance for human error!
